Booked for 7 travellers plus cases from Tenerife South airport in Dec 2015, if I had read the instructions correctly, it clearly says "go to the desk" I thought we had to wait by the arrivals exit (my mistake). Speedy transition from desk to large people carrier, which was key as we had a disabled teenager & a baby with us
( and with the baby comes the pushchair & travelcot etc, there was still plenty of room)
The only thing that worried us was there was no baby/car seat for the baby & this had clearly been requested on my booking.
However, on our return journey, which was promptly at the time requested, the baby seat was in the vehicle & the driver could not have been more helpful, loading/unloading all the luggage & putting them on the trolleys, thank you.
Would have no hesitation to book again, very reasonable & easy to book online, lovely Geordie girl on desk in Tenerife airport, who was very helpful. Many thanks

Arrived at the Airport in Tenerife and the taxi was waiting. New taxi which fitted us all in with luggage. Straight in and 15 minutes later we were at our hotel and starting our holiday. Unfortunately the return journey did not go so well. No taxi arrived at our hotel at the time we had requested despite confirming the date and time of pick up when we arrived at the airport to start our holiday with the company rep. We waited 15 minutes and still no taxi so we had to call the number for the company. 15 mins after the call the taxi eventually arrived. The driver and vehicle we good and got us to the airport on time for our return journey with plenty of time luckily. A bit disappointed about having to chase them up, if we had not done this no taxi would have turned up.Date of Posting: 23 August 2015

Arrived on time on return pick up which is the one you will worry about the most.1st taxi from airport to hotel was really old only having the best it was below par, also he drove to fast.
return pickup brand new minibus driver fabulous.
Also as you pay in-advance no cash required which was the best bit.
