My wife and I used 'book taxi Spain.com' to provide our return taxi service from Tenerife Sur Airport to the Apartment we were renting for the first time in the town of El Medano 15 March 2015. The booking process over the internet had been simple, professional and efficiently carried out. The instructions that we had been given in locating the office of the taxi company in the airport were simple to follow and we were met by two very professional smart ladies.Unfortunately, the address of the apartment that the owner had provided was incomplete and we had not realised that at the time of our booking. The Spanish lady at the taxi office could not have been more helpful. She made several telephone calls from some limited information we had been given to obtain the relevant address and to contact the key holder of the apartment to ensure we could be met at the property.
Henceforth, we were accompanied to the taxi and taken to our apartment and met by the key holder. Everything from that point was trouble free. For our return journey on 29 March our taxi arrived at our apartment at the agreed time and conveyed us to the airport.
We cannot thank this taxi service enough for their professionalism, care and assistance in resolving our situation and preventing what at the time appeared to be a disastrous start to our holiday.
Needless to say that we shall always use their service in future for our taxi requirements if they have an office at the appropriate airport/city/station etc.
Finally, I must comment on the cleanliness of the vehicles we used and the professional, friendly manner of the drivers.

Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Arrived in TFS airport. Walked straight to their office in arrivals. The lady walked us to the taxi with a baby seat and helped fit it and secure it. :) really very nice service. Coming back the same. Hotel pickup was 15 minutes early and said he would wait outside is we were not ready yet. Helped with the bags and buggy. Great drivers, safe convenient service.Date of Posting: 19 enero 2015
