The taxi arrived on time, and drove us to the airport. We did get into a wrong taxi first. Then realized it was not the one we had ordered. He was not a happy camper when he had to back up. When the right driver showed up, he had my name. Maybe a note on your bookings to say that the driver will address you by name would avoid this from happening to others. I should have realized it myself, but at 6:00 am in a foreign language, I was not very aware. Thanks for your service, it made our last day in Barcelona a lot less stressful.

We travelled from Tenerife North airport to Los Christianos harbour to catch the ferry for La Gomera (and back). Easy booking, drivers were waiting on arrival, clean and good transporter shuttle. For improvement: as we booked and paid 2 months in advance, we would like to get an e-mail a few days in before travelling to reconfirm our reservation (as it's all a matter of trust). We 're satisfied. The driver was the same and he was nice and both times on time. The only minor thing; The driver intended to drop of us of at terminal 1, while I suspected/thought that it should be terminal 2. So I pointed it out to him. Fortunately, he listened and suggested that I should inform at the information point in terminal 1 to be sure and that he would wait for me, while he and my family waited in the cab. I was wright and he dopped us of at terminal 2, plenty in time.with kind regards,
